That's a load of bull byproduct. Employers frequently, especially in this
buyer's market on labor, require degrees before they'll even consider
applicants. Sheesh, I once had to give a manager my SAT scores. Whether or
not they SHOULD matter is subject to debate, but the fact that they do is
just that, a fact.
