Mr. Posada mentioned that he is T -10 days in his current position, I
read this story after the Jobs Overseas story in the Dupage Daily
Herald. This story tells how some US workers have trained their
replacements before having their hat handed to them.

Has anyone been in a similar situation of having to train your
replacement? This is not by choice.
