One that thoughtfully approaches a project to
guarantee an excellent job?

Research does not always equal "learn the technology
before you write about it." Sometimes it equates to
approach to delivery, scoping out how to approach a
product that'll be developed as you write, audience
analysis, or even building business case scenarios.
