Sorry to distract from the OS/tool wars :-)

Is there anyone out there who is concerned about the recent developments in the MS/Eolas patent suit, in which Eolas sued MS (and won) over their "patent" on browser plug-ins? By "concerned" I mean anyone who might have a product or documentation that might be effected if Eolas wins the appeal and MS decides to drop this capability from IE?

Just wondering if anyone else is making (tentative) plans to address this possibility.
