If you're referring to all the legal battles, then I
ask what's new?

That stuff goes on all the time. Does it mean that
Linux is out? IMHO NO.

Will people continue to develop Linux? I think so.

It's mighty hard to put a wet blanket on millions of
developers around the world.

I think that Linux is a great alternative to WINOS. So
do millions of other people. I think that it can be
improved. Especially from the documentation side.
