Another method: Instead of filtering for words in headers, I've set Outlook
to delete all messages within a KB range that corresponds to the viruses
I've been sent today -- *and* to exclude my Contacts list from this rule, in
case one of them sends me an attachment.

Bonnie...what "should be" has nothing to do with it...I have to deal with
"what is". I know what I get, I know how they are composed, and I know what
legitimate messages will be filtered.

Anything where I'm filtering on single words such as "Customer" is not
effective for me.

>Not true, John. Those words should be avoided in headers, anyway.

By who's rules?
