What kind of manual did you try to create with your modules and what kind of problems did you run into? I produce reference manuals. Some topics provide the necessary overview and basic concepts while others provide procedures. It seems to me like the flow is pretty clear, but then again, I still have to publish the new help guides to get feedback from real users.

Is there anything you learned from experience that I should know?
