Hi,

I'm looking for "best practice" advice to convert HTML into PDF as a one-off project.

INPUT
A lot of well-structured strict HTML 3.2 which I am using as input for for an HTML based online help system. Some tables, a few pictures.

DESIRED OUTPUT
A PDF document with the nav tree on the left and with all of the internal a links turned into PDF links and page refs (OK, the actual page numbers could be optional).
This is not single sourcing, it's a one off conversion.

TIMEFRAME
< one day at the end of the project.

TOOLS available
Dreamweaver/HomeSite
Office 2000
FrameMaker 5.5something
Various Acro Distillers
RoboHelp for Word
Anything GNU gladly embraced

Clearly there are many possible workflows for this, what I'm after is a way to find out which is best/fastest/cheapest.

This is a medium-sized project, maybe 100 A4 (USLetter) pages of fairly dense text, ~60 HTML files.

I'm looking for a solution that is as automated as possible (to reduce mistakes)
