A friend told me about a co-worker's experience with their company e-mail. She sent a form to HR regarding her son's insurance eligibility (he's in college and over 18). It got bounced for offensive language. She confronted the admin and found the culprit: the checkbox on the form with the three letter word requesting the person's gender.

I gather she had words with the guy.

MailMarshal is anti-spam software. In part, I think it relies on lists of bad ISPs and scans for language. Maybe you can write a note, PDF it, and send it as an attachment? You could use that method to add pictures, too!!!!

I was keeping a list of words blocked by our e-mail scanner, but I got bored with it. Check for four
letter words--even common ones that have rude meanings--and anatomical references, and strike them
(0r* m0di$y th3m $o th3y d0nt) cau53 0ffen53).

Cheers,
