and Swoop" methodology for tying a shoe. Start at Figure 1 and follow in
sequence through Figure 8. Do not skip a figure. Repeat this procedure for
each shoe that needs tying.

The procedure works for both left and right shoes on either male or female
feet. Results are not guaranteed for feet that are not human.
