Of the revision control programs that I've tried, I like StarTeam the best.

StarTeam works well for code and binary documents. It stores diffs rather
than the entire binary. It also has a Diff tool which works well for
comparing different versions of a source code file.

In addition to arching files, it provides features for defect tracking,
comments, and scheduling.
