Ok--this is blatant and very public patting myself on the back.  The
following is a direct quote from an instant messaging chat I just had with
one of the SMEs who reviews my docs:

"You probably dont realize how often we point the field folks, customers
and HABPs to Infocenter! It has HELPED ALOT with our educating them."

I didn't realize that my developers point customers to my work at all. It's
nice to know that as a technical writer that your  work is not only getting
used, but making someone else's job easier.
