They can have a statement in there too regarding
implementation, but your copyright needs to be there
as it's your product. I've done many OEM projects and
customized implementations, and in every one the
original developer's copyrights and trademarks must be
upheld at least on the copyright page. You can elect
to bring in lawyers to discuss this, but in the end,
the legally correct thing to do is to leave your
company's copyright info in there and allow the client
to add any addional copyrights regarding the use and
implementation of the product.
