I've seen that, but I have the impression -- perhaps
mistaken -- that Eric's message is about other kinds of
problems.
In not, then so much the better. It would seem to me
to be an easy matter for Them What Makes the Rules
to clearly identify violations on-list (so everyone can
see what we're talking about) and suspend privileges
of repeat offenders.
That assumes, of course, that the list owner sees it as
something that needs to be done. I don't.
