This is true in the consumer market.
Partially true in the commercial market.
Totally untrue in the technical market.

In other words, moms at home don't care one iota how iTwit works.
Executives at a company purchasing 10,000 iTwits for their sales force, do
care, slightly.
And engineers adapting iTwit for use on Mars care deeply how those technologies
work.

As always - know thy market/audience.
