A knowledge base is an excellent idea, methinks. Make it easy for
everybody to publish to it. Depending upon how open-minded your company
is, you may want to even consider a Wiki. But that may be a bit radical.

>From the sounds of things, one important aspect of this knowledge base
should be freshness. Your KB home page should definitely adverstise
what's been recently updated. This should help emphasize to customers
what they may want to read first.

In fact, you may want to consider some kind of blog/KB hybrid, which
lists the most recently added items chronological, with the freshest at
