There's been a lot of interest in the products I mentioned earlier by
AliMed, so I thought I'd post the URL of the manufacturer.

Their website is http://www.alimed.com/main.cfm. Once you go to that page,
click the "Click here" link in the lower left corner. Then "Ergonomic" and
"Wristrests and Pointing Devices". Turns out the Caddy and the Bridge are
separate products. I have the Caddy myself. They've got some other
interesting products too, all photographed and priced.
