RE the first part... What your saying is that because they don't know of any
other way, this way must be the best way? The only reason our educational
system only knows how to quantify knowledge by the courses you take is
because that's all they know. Most of them have never been in the real world
to know how to quantify that knowledge into grades.

RE the certification..no...but we're not going to discuss that subject here.
It will only serve to have this present topic hijacked and nothing further
about the current topic will ever be heard from again.
