That's interesting. Do you mean their current stuff,
after they pretty much quit providing user guides and
started giving us those dumb little quick-start guides
instead?

When they were still producing user guides, I thought
they were among the best I've seen anywhere. A bit dry,
of course, compared, say, to Apple's user assistance material,
but in general tightly written, detailed, well organized, and for
the most part helpful.
