It is, but only open to people who will not change subject lines from
Certification to Certification = Absurd...in other words, discuss it
objectively...if you think there is potential and are willing to evaluate it
based on merits and not on what you think it will mean to only to you
personally.

If you (or anyone) want the address to subscribe, send the request to me off
list...I may respond with the address, or based on past history of the
person's discussion on the techwrl-l, may not.
