Hi David,

Your company could set up an external WIKI server and
place your help documentation (html) there. Just give
the URL to your end users and they can modify the data
(using html) however they like. One caveat - if an end
user adds incorrect data, all the end users are
affected, because changes are global as opposed to
local. We used (in a previous job) a SWIKI server for
our in-house knowledge base and it worked just fine.
You will probably need an in-house administrator as
well.

HTH,

DaLy

PS: Check out www.swiki.net, play in the sandbox and
see what you think.

Is it possible to create a help system where the end
user can add thier own notes into the help system?

If so, then how is this possible?
