Rather than thinking of it as advertising, when I read her post I was
reminded of Steve Martin joyously shouting "The new phone books are here!
The new phone books are here!" in the movie "The Jerk."
While I'm a fan of Sun's style guide, it struck me that ONLY a tech writer
could get genuinely excited about the publication of a new edition of this
book.
Who says tech writers don't know how to party? <g>
