Hello,

My group offers live "webinars" (web seminars) to our clients, and we use a
recording device (hooked up to the phone & headset) to record the trainer's
voice and the WebEx presentation screen so that we can archive the webinar
and users can re-watch it later.

Lately we've been getting AWFUL audio on the recordings that has rendered
them pretty much unusable. The one variable seems to be the PC we're using
and (I'm guessing) the settings on it.

I sense we're in for a huge trial & error test (ugh) but I was hoping
someone might already have done this and can spare us the trouble. If you
record phone-audio via a recording device, what PC settings work best for
you?

thanks a bunch!
