fulfillment varies from person to person. Put in the minimal amount of time
required to get a pay check, and the maximum amount to make you feel like
you're contributing positively to the company.
Personally, I'd love to work a 40 hour week every week. I end up working
more for many reasons: I like my job, I like my co-workers, I have a lot on
my plate, I like to do good work, and I spend time broadening my involvement
in company initiatives.
