Hey Watson,
<snip>
Or, worst of all, the Cannondale Bicycle Users' Manual
(http://www.cannondale.com/bikes/tech/pdfs/2002_OM.pdf). Nothing like
spending $2000 on a bike and getting a linke to an unsearchable,
un-hyperlinked online document, instead of a manual that comes with the
thing.
I have two Cannondales, one bought about '97 and another bought in '01.
Both of them came with a user's manual. Also, I was at a local bike shop a
couple of weeks ago as someone walked out with a new Cannondale, along with
a user's manual. The reason I knew they bought a Cannondale is because I
saw the user's manual on the counter. To me, this sounds like a problem
with the shop you dealt with.
