Somebody else replied that they prefer as much
separation as possible. :-)

Anyway, it's as you say, the Install is the only one
printed because that's the only one you need in order
to get to the rest (which are PDFs only)... not that
most people even need the Install Guide. It's simply
included for "completeness" or perhaps "political correctness".

If you are printing your own, then you have the option
of cramming them all into one big binder... and getting
a luggage buggy to carry the darn thing.
