If it ended up reaching the list, sorry about that blank shoot-off. I
accidentally hit send. :(
I've decided to take the plunge and get a job in tech writing. I
understand that there's a Montreal tech writing list, and I did post
this there, but that list isn't half as active as this one (that's a
good thing). I'm working on tailoring my resume towards technical
writing. Any suggestions here about what I should be putting in there?
I'd like to get an idea of what the industry's looking like at the
moment in Montreal. What's the outlook for entry-level positions in
Montreal? Are there any companies that you know of hiring? I've heard
that it's best to work at a big corporation with some established rules
for tech writers. Which ones would you recommend I target?
Thanks in advance!
