On my resume, I call out tools and technologies separately after each job description, just so there's no mistaking what I've done and what I know. ...and I've gotten some very positive responses

Chiming in, I think you should include an overview or summary >>paragraph that basically covers the first paragraph that I've quoted >>from your post above.
