I wouldn't suspect that. I can think of two occassions where developers/company thought online help (or any documentation for that matter) wasn't needed, claiming no one wanted it, but in fact, the lack of documentation was one of the biggest complaints about the product. Granted, that wasn't for a web site but actual software.

Now, as someone else pointed out, they do seem to have plenty of info on their site already, not in the form of online help, but the info is still there.

As far as the original question goes, they still seem to be in business, and they seem to be providing a real service, which is probably why they're still in business. :-)
