I'm in CA, and from my point of view, that's what I seem to be seeing the most
of, positions calling for "1-2 years experience," which from the point of view of
someone who's been doing this for 10 years + seems pretty "junior." And, of
course, the doc control clerk and admin ads I've been seeing that have technical
writing as part of the job descriptions.
