There are engineers who worked on the space shuttle when going into space
wasn't possible when they were in college.

There are engineers who worked on nuclear reactors even though they didn't
exist when they were going to college.

In college, I was a biology major. I write nothing having to do with
biology. However, learning lab technique has helped me to analyze situations
and ask intelligent questions (because, yes, there are stupid questions...or
it just some questions are asked by stupid people...I get them confused.)
