Thanks! That did just the trick!

Maybe I'll write a little macro that lets the users just click a button
that opens the Doc Properties tab with the right field. Most of the
users of this document have a Underwood-knowledge of Word, so the less
manual work they have to do, the happier they'll be (and the lower the
risk of errors).
