Sounds like a poll in the making!

I've compiled the following catalog of euphemisms for bugs, based on
experience at various "megacorps":

Caveats ("open" and "resolved")

Known anomalies (the "unknown anomalies are the real "gotchas"!)

Difficulty reports

Trouble tickets

and my favorite, unpronounceable initialisms such as "QDDTS Reports,"
"SSIDRs," and the like.
