I have a Panasonic, model 8r-930 (I think...I'm not wearing my glasses). I
think it ran about 199. has Footpedal...what I like it the control I have
over speed and tone.

I used to use a Dictaphone, which I liked a lot. 
They're pretty pricey, but it *is* a business expense
