Yes, I knew someone who made a point of using "Miss." Now what *would* be sexist would be omitting the "ms." option.

BTW, I think the "Ms." title makes things easier all around, because when you're writing a formal letter to a woman where first name isn't appropriate, you don't have to bother finding out whether the woman is married.
