Not only are the words in Sean's example not limiting, in fact, FM through release 5.5.x used FrameMaker linked hypertext files for online help and also context-sensitive help. It was cross-platform, of course!

Nonesense. The use of those terms limit nothing. For example, when you
decide to write a help system, do you write all the topics onto slips of
paper, throw all the topics into a hat, and pick the order you write
them in at random?
