Hello everyone!

I have been tasked to create and manage an error matrix for an application,
for which I am writing the user guide. The code is still being written, so I
am beta testing as well as writing.

Question -- is there a standard format for this error matrix, and if so
where might it be found? If there is no "standard" format, does anyone have
any thoughts on the creation of one?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Jim
