How'd I miss that!

I would add a couple of points on PDFs:
(1) 96 dpi captures display best at about 134%.
(2) You may not be able to absolutely control the magnification the user
views your PDF at, but you can set a default opening magnification; a
lot of users won't bother to change it. (File>Document Properties>Open
Options; overtype magnification percentage.)
