The only irony here is that hypocrites thrive. More plainly, you do exactly
what you decry.

Rather that discuss the issue, expand the concept, or propose alternative
ideas, Bonnie takes the opportunity to call me names and accuse me of various
misdeeds.

Actually, she did discuss the issue you brought up, namely how people are discussing on this list. She actually agreed with you, citing your own style of discussion as an example.

Of course, you probably do not like what she said about you, but that is a different issue entirely. (An issue, one could add, that you are trying to skirt by resorting to meta-arguments about Bonnie's posting - thus giving additional credibility to her statement.)
