Greetings,

Currently I am heading up the documentation and the training departments
of our company. Okay, departments might be a strong word for what they
are at this point, but we're a growing company. They also want me to
take the QA/Support group under my wing.

I have documentation and training down, and I have worked in QA and
Support before. However, I know I can learn more about these subjects.

I've poked around here and there on the web, and now I turn to you for
some more guidance. Are there any good web sites and/or books that I
should be looking at to ensure that my feet are as grounded as I think
they are?

Thanks, and happy Monday,
Dan Glovier
