Just wanted to add something about my book suggestion (Steve Krug's "Don't
Make Me Think!") -
Unlike many of the highly technical 500-page "doorstop" books out there
about HTML and Web design, DMMT is a VERY quick read - something you can
probably breeze through in an evening. It may be perfect for providing the
information needed for that initial report your superiors have requested.
