Dialog box and program are standard in computing, dialogue and programme are reserved for their pre-IT uses.

As far as I'm aware this is completely non-controversial.

Per the MS Manual of style, "dialog box" should never be spelt "dialogue
box." My experience with working for a U.K. audience is now fairly
distant, but a respected colleague supports the MS assertion that in
computing circles, the /ue is gone.

Thoughts?

How about programme/program?
