When you've had two titles at a job, and you're putting your title on your
resume, do you need to list both titles, or just the latter of the two? Or do
you think it's personal preference?

I put the one most relevant to the type of job I'm applying for. For example, at one company, I was hired as a technical writer, but became product manager after six weeks. If I'm applying for a writing job, I put "Technical Writer" on the resume. If I'm applying for a management position, I put "Product Manager."

If the titles refer to a similar job, I put the most senior position.
