Actually, that 4.25x5.5 format would NOT fit *my* pocket, but there's a
related story. At a company long ago and far away, we once got a reader
response form that said: "Your 'pocket guide' doesn't fit my pocket." The
doc manager responded: "Please order replacement pocket, part number
xxx-yy."
