That's pretty much why I think the wording should match exactly. I've encountered TOCs where the wording isn't exactly the same, and I always have to stop an say, "Hey, did I go to the right page? Well, it looks close enough. Yeah, I guess I'm on the right page." I don't like having to do that, and I'm guessing other users don't like it either.

Now *that's* a potentially problematic way of looking at it -- although it seems like that's how a lot of people look at it these days. I, and other people I know of, have had the experience of complaining about some arrangement we don't like, and being told, "The computer does it that way."
