While political discussion should be left off this list, the following web site
does provide some interesting statistics.

Deciding which nation in the world is best at one thing or another or why it is
an exercise that we can all do without. If you must debate those issues, find an
appropriate political forum. However, I think the one thing we can ALL agree on
is that most of the people on this list are definitely much better off than the
'average' citizen of planet Earth.
