Practice certainly can contribute to perfecting our T.Wr. skills but it
strongly depends on our will to get improved and whether the environment
we are working is demanding enough. It is possible that a man writes the
same shit day after day and nobody notices that it is not OK, 'cause
nobody reads it.
In a company with a large T.W. department where competition is permanent a
man surely gets better. I had an experience being the only one employee of
that kind in a company and I really lacked feedback and did not know where
do I stand.
