With all due respect it sounds like you already have all the
materials you need, and you just need to pore over them until
the light bulb goes on. No pain, no gain.

Here's my usual path to knowledge for a new tool:
1. Try google first.
2. Then try the O'Reilly book
3. If my light bulb still isn't on by this point, I'll try the
"For Dummies..." book.
