Investing a couple hundred $$ in an accounting program like QuickBooks Pro
is very worthwhile. First, the cost of the software is a deductible business
expense. Secondly, the program's time keeping, invoicing, payroll, and other
segments are well worth the dollars.

The small business focused accountant is worth his weight in gold pressed
latimum (sp?). Once a year my QB file goes to the bookkeeper to make the
year-end adjustments, then the file goes to the accountant.
