Ah, but it IS hard to find, apparently. The used
price at Amazon ranges from $225-$325 (yes, that's
hundreds of US dollars). When did this book become a
collector's item?
I just gave away the CD that came with mine, but gosh,
if I were as bloody minded as some sellers, I could
have cleaned up!
